Cancellation:
The deposit is non refundable.
Due to inclement weather events but can be moved to another available date within a 6 month period of the originally scheduled event.
All cancellation charges can be held in account for up to one year of original scheduled event as a credit towards a future function. The event date must be within 1 year of original cancelled event.
Function cancellations made 8 – 90 days prior to an event will result in cancellation charges of 50% of anticipated revenue.
Special Costs:
Payments must be made by one of the following: certified cheque, money order, Visa or MasterCard
***Please Note: there is a 2% service fee applied if choice of payment is a major credit card.***
If your event total does not reach $1000.00 there will be additional labour charges incurred.
The convener agrees that meal times set will be strictly adhered to within a 15 minute time span as food is prepared ready for time selected.
It is agreed that all tables will be cleared of all dishes after dessert/ tea/ coffee is served within a timely manner. Notification of any changes must be given 36 hrs before the scheduled event.
If the agenda requires more time for speeches, extra charges may apply or table clearing must be allowed to proceed before speeches begin.
Floor Plans:
All floor plans must be into the events planner no later than 72 hours prior to your function.
It is required that you sit with the events planner to review the floor plan.
Quote
We will provide a quote for your event upon request. This should be discussed with the event coordinator that will be handling your event.
