With A Taste of Class Catering


Conditions of Booking:

Confirmation of a booking is to be presented to the caterer for the venue booked, along with, date and contact information.

Food & Beverage:

The guaranteed number of guests attending a function/banquet is required a minimum of 10 days prior to the function. Should no guaranteed numbers be received, A Taste of Class will prepare and charge for the original estimated number upon booking. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or the actual attendance, whichever is greater. at his is the minimum that will be charged for the function. Numbers

can increase after this time up to 72 hours prior to the event.


Menu selections must be provided to the coordinator 90 days prior to the scheduled event date. All Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Menu prices quoted on signed contracts will be guaranteed up to 6 months in advance. A Taste of Class will NOT be responsible for sending out confirmation of cost increases this will be up to the conveyor.


All menu prices are based on a per person charge. All rates (unless otherwise stated) are subject to an applicable 15% administration charge and 13% HST.


All Food and Beverage served at your venue is to be provided by A Taste of Class Catering and consumed at your event. Special occasion cakes are the only exception for outside food. If you would like the cake cut and served, a $1.00 per person charge will apply.


If net beverage consumption is less than $400.00 for Host and Cash Bars, a $30.00 per hour labor charge will apply for a minimum of four hours.


Meal Substitutions:

Dietary substitutes can be made available by prior request. Menu arrangements must be supplied and finalized at least 10 days prior to the function, otherwise we cannot guarantee a substitute.

Allergies:

In the event that there are food allergies among your guests, you shall inform us of the names of the guests and the nature of the allergy, so that we can take the necessary precautions in the preparation of their food.

Should any allergies be among your guests and we have not been notified of the nature of the allergy along with the name of the guest, we will not be held responsible for any and all liability of personal injury that occurs as a direct result of.

At the time of event should a guest(s) arrive and announce an allergy we cannot guarantee a substitute meal.

Decreased Attendance:

Should the attendance of guests decrease below the contracted guaranteed numbers, you will be billed for the contracted numbers guaranteed. Extra meals billed at this time must be consumed on premise as no food is to leave the function. The caterer upon advice will offer seconds to the

specified guests during the dinner service.

Deposit Requirement:

To reserve A Taste of Class Catering a deposit of $500.00 is required.

The deposit will be applied against your final billing of the scheduled event.

Payment:

Payment must be received in full, 7 days prior to the function.

Corporate functions that need direct billing must complete and return a credit application to the accounting department no later than 14 days prior to the function. Terms will be net 30 days.

Credit cards are required to be on file for all functions.Function cancellations within 7 business days prior the event will result in cancellation charges of 100% of anticipated revenue. These charges will include your deposit.

All cancellations must be received in writing and directed to the events planner.
